1953 comic book for Goodwill Industries. Introduced "Good Willy" cartoon mascot, designed by Milton Caniff (who also drew this U.S. Army comic.) Comic distributed to employees of Goodwill and distributed at facilities.

Note: "Will to Win" is an extremely scarce comic. Likely 10-30 existing copies.

I've been to Goodwills frequently, and I've never seen any handicapped employees, but I suppose they've changed.

Apparently they offer assistance to people with educational disadvantages, as well as those who lack job experience. Depending on the demographics of your area, as well as those who seek out the assistance, the employee spectrum could be different from the one depicted in the comic.
