COMICS WITH PROBLEMS (Issue #72 June 2016)

We'd had this scanned and cleaned up last week for posting today, and then the tragedy in Orlando occurred. I wasn't sure if posting a sixteen page comic from the National Rifle Association was appropriate. But then again these weird NRA promotional materials from the past often show realities you don't see in modern messaging from the pro-gun lobby.

Here's a sixteen page story arguing for guns full of terrible consequences. Children are gifted with guns and immediately hospitalized, stray bullets travel a mile into town by accident - the local pastor is involved to TALK DOWN and peer-pressure an over-concerned father - and other random calamities.

Grim and absurdly funny, here's a rare item from 1956 titled THE RIGHT WAY WITH GUNS!
