Additional Item - The Street Where You Live (1960)

Finally, here's a few excerpted pages (roughly half) from The Street Where You Live ... And What You Can Do To Improve It! - from 1960. Noticeably more depressing for its focus on garbage in a black neighborhood, also note the dirt roads and shacks. But beyond a dated sense of exploitation, it's interesting to see the core messages in Your Future Rests are found here, as well — and there's a good sense of improvement between this comic from 1960 and Your Future Rests, four years later. In many ways, Street Where You Live is our preferred comic of the two - but as it's an understatement to say these things are tricky to find, my copy is incomplete.
